CBC joins the efforts to reduce chronic malnutrition through the distribution of the food supplement Nutri Listo

Recently, Listo, the nutrition company for everyone, launched its first innovation: Nutri Listo, in an effort to help reduce chronic child malnutrition.

At cbc we join the Listo mission through our distribution network, ensuring that Nutri Listo reaches the most remote communities since its formula provides the vitamins and minerals that are commonly lacking in the regular diet of the child population, and which are essential for healthy growth, strengthening the immune system and promoting cognitive development. Nutri Listo is now available in neighborhood stores in the Chimaltenango and Sacatepéquez departments and will be arriving soon in the rest of the country.

The Listo company received technical assistance and advice from Vanderbilt University, United States – under the supervision of Prof. Ted Fischer and the Institute of Nutrition of Central America and Panama (INCAP), which oversees food security in the region, who provided the technical and scientific bases of the formulation of Nutri Listo.
