Reinaldo Padua, new CEO to Beliv

We are pleased to announce that Reinaldo Padua, our current Chief Brand Officer, will become the new CEO of Beliv. 

Reinaldo, with an engineering degree and an MBA from Duke University, has brought extensive experience in strategy, innovation, sales, and consulting to Beliv, since he joined in 2021. He has held leadership roles in the U.S., Latin America, and Africa, driving strategies for major food, beverage, and fast-food brands.

Beliv is a company defined by exceptional leaders and emerging brands that embody the spirit of Latin America. We are confident that under Reinaldo’s leadership, Beliv will continue to grow and expand globally.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Carlos Sluman, until now CEO of Beliv. After 20 years of exceptional leadership, Carlos has decided to embark on a new chapter in his personal life. We are thankful for his vision, innovation, and commitment. His legacy will always be valued.
